Professional Experience
Andreas Deuß has been working as a research assistant in the Department of Environmental Psychology since October 2023. As part of the Power2U project, he is working on how the heat and mobility transition can succeed in an inclusive way. In addition, he is working on the Build4People project on how sustainable urban development can succeed from a people-centred perspective.
Andreas Deuß completed his Bachelor's degree in psychology at the University of Trier. He then studied for a Master's degree in Environmental Psychology/Human-Technology Interaction at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. He wrote his Master's thesis on the topic of "Framing climate protection as human protection". During his Master's degree, Andreas Deuß already worked as a research assistant in the Department of Environmental Psychology.
In addition to his work as a research assistant, Andreas Deuß is currently training to become a mediator.
