Beruflicher Werdegang
Ramona Welte has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Environmental Psychology since November 2024.
She completed her Master's degree (with a focus on work, education and society) at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena. Her master's thesis focused on the empathy-based transmission of stress reactions and their effects on automatic action regulation. During her Master's studies, she was employed as a research assistant at the University Hospital Jena and worked on studies in the field of integrative oncology. She also worked as a freelance lecturer at the HMU Erfurt.
